This is a fully three dimensional 14kt. Gold Vermeil representing the Alpaca.
I hand carved all the tiny intricate detail of the original model in wax. I was able to capture its fleece coat in the tiny detail and finish. This design shows the detail of the animal on both sides.

These dangle on 14kt Gold Vermeil French wires with a bead accent.

The size of the Alpaca is 7/8" tall by 7/8" wide. There is a very noticeable difference in how much larger this is in size than my smaller one.

This item is made in 14kt Gold Vermeil.
Vermeil is a heavy 14kt gold overlay onto a base of 925 sterling silver.
This is considered a luxury product using all precious metals. The gold overlay
should last for many years without showing wear and it will not tarnish.
This gives you a quality piece of jewelry much lower in price than solid 14kt gold.
