Available in a base set up to 40 pounds for each dumbbell (Stage 1) and then for expanded weight (Stages 2-4). , , and . Durable Build. There are two grip options, the Knurled or TPR grips. The knurled grip is made of hard steel with a diamond pattern for improved grip.
